Hi all,
I recently sold a few knives from my stable that have been sitting in the drawer for the last year, and I decided to buy a new knife with some of the cash. Here is my new Scagel design "Fruitport" with ram's horn scales. I hope you enjoy ...
If you are not familiar with these, the three features that really drew me are the 1095 carbon steel blade, a convex grind on the blade and a wharncliffe blade that begs to cut apples. Walk and talk is nice and the handle fills the hand nicely. I doubt this one will be relegated to the drawer any time soon.
