My new hobby.... Pants for my Busses

First of all i want to pay my respect to the dead cow brigade :thumbup: i am just amazed by the work you guys do , Making a sheath nice sheath is bloody hard and how you guys are able to get the high level of finish that you do is beyond me.. I have just started and have only made 4 sheaths so far so i am learning tons of stuff on every sheath i make..

The first sheat i made was for my KZ2 that i got this summer and it didn't turn out very well but the second one turned out much better... Here is some pics of the second one

The third one i made was for my NMFSHLE and i found some aligator printed cow at the leather store and if may say so myself i think it turned out kinda cool

# 4 i also made for the NMFS since i got 3 CG's coming in few weeks. but this time i used real aligator and man!! that aligator was hard work i had to use a table saw to cut the damn thing but it turned out ok i guess, It has got a little bit of that crocodile dundee look

In the sheaths for the NMFS's i used neodymium magnets behind the inner liners to secure the knifes and it works really well...

Any other Amateur sheath makers out there??? i would love see your creations..

Well done! The embossed leather is their snake print and looks awesome finished! I think you've sold me on getting some! The gator print is much more subtle but looks very gatory (yea, thats a word eh?)

I like the work you did with the gator tail, and yes its a pill to work with. It resists every cut and stitch hole but looks awesome when its done after all the effort.

Keep it up and please do post pics of future work, I love to see others projects!

Busse are the reason I started making leather sheaths and holsters.

Here is the first holster I attempted, for a Kahr (this was for a friend). (I dyed the leather using Vinegroon, home made).

Here is the clip holster I made for my dad's new pocket gun this Christmas.

here are a few knife sheaths I made for Busse knives.

(I don't make Kydex, or the nylon glock holster)

Down and dirty quick Muck pocket clip sheath (this one I really rushed).

H strap sheath (another quickie so I had something to carry it in).
