I just decided on what for me is the most comfortable carry method for my Izula....I made myself this cross draw sheath....easy access, and so comfy you forget it's there.

Next up (pictures soon) is a method whereby you don't have to take your belt off to saddle up the sheath.....

Nice sheath. Every time I see your Izula I wish ESEE would make full scales available.

I was wondering if you all weren't getting tired of seeing that one....I'm gonna have to get another one and dress it up in something different.;)

That does look comfortable and pretty too! Is there much lateral play or shifting while on the belt? Also, I'm guessing it's specific to a belt size. It would be nice if it was adjustable for a dress belt or a work one without the expense of movement. Nice work though!

I can't remember if you made the scales yourself or not but if you did and would consider selling a pair someday, shoot me a pm or e-mail.

Wow! I wouldn't have even recognized it as an Izula. Nice work!
Mine is blushing now, because it feels so naked:o.

Are you taking orders? :D

That is a really nice sheath you've made yourself there. It looks very comfortable and useful.

Everything about that knife, including sheath, and carry style looks ridiculously comfortable. Almost looks like a totally different knife stripped and fully scaled. Looks good, great job.

It will be interesting to hear what the differences are in handle comfort from someone who has experience with full custom scales and the bikini scales.

Very, very nice, Rayban!
I see we have similar demands - I did mine sheath similar, but carrying tip up.
Next one I'll do will be probably tip down, as yours.

If you take a look at the back (picture) you can see that I made the belt loop about as narrow as I can because of the width of the sheath and the angle it rides at. That's a 1 1/2" belt going through.
It won't slide around very easily because the tension of the belt against your waist will hold it firmly in place.
