My new knife (and saw, screwdriver,etc, etc.)

If I went to a whistle store, jumped the counter, pulled the knife, said GIMME A WHISTLE (providing the clerk didn't start whistling--in which case I would be duty bound to kill him just to save the rest of the world from him breeding)and ran out and took a picture of my stolen whistle.....would that count?
 
Interesting picture. Makes me wonder if the thumb hole can be used for loosening shackles. (boat type) Something I'm going to have to try
