Thought I'd post some infi pics...

My new HHFSH arrived on Thrusday, and the Jetbeam Mk II-X arrived today:

...with luverly black magnums:

Oh, here's another picture:

Is it supposed to be a recurve though???

That's a bit hard to show on the picture, but the middle of the blade is about 1.5mm higher. Makes it a bit tough to sharpen with my favoured flat-plate method, unless I remove a lot of infi.

Did I get a grinder who hadn't had enough to drink that day or what?

I Love This Knife!!!

I really like the magnums. I though my FBM felt good with its standard scales, but the magnums fit like a glove. Now I need another FBM...

I need to start buying sheaths for these beauties so I can actually go out and use them. Can't wait to get my BATAC.

Cheers,
Rick.

WOW! Man those are sweet! Now go abuse those beauts!

As you probably already know there are some of the best sheath makers right here on this forum. LeatherHog and Dave Brown just to name a couple.

Sweet score :D:D:D I'm glad you like it!!!

All my fsh's (both HH's and my MOASH Variant) did have that very slight recurve. I think it's "normal" on the FSH's

That's OK then. I'll just have to adjust my sharpening technique.

I'm probably going to get a sheath or two from Semper Paratus Tactical; looks my type of thing. I absolutely adore the sheath made by Progunner that takes the maxpedition pouches on the front, but I don't think I could afford that. I've spent all my money on infi.

nice heavy heart, now all you need is a molejack to go along with it!

nice collection, great pics, thanks!!

VERY nice!:thumbup: Thanxx for posting lots of cool pix. :D

Nice HH!

Nice mag handles, but I think the regulars work well on the FSH too.

Handles are a completely personal thing of course. Here's why I like the mags so much, compared to the standards on my FBM, at least for my smallish hands...

First, a standard-ish grip. Bit difficult to really grip normally as I'm holding the camera as well. The palm swell fits perfectly into my palm, and my fingers are quite comfortable around the other side:

Now, if I want to get a closer, more controlled grip: The palm swell still fits my palm, just a bit further back, and the fingers still curl neatly around the opposite side. Feels very tight and secure:

Next up, an even closer grip. Once again, it all just fits. The little thumb notch on top now fits the web of my thumb, and my last two fingers slot in front of the palm swell:

If I want a little more chopping power, the grip shifts to the rear. My thumb web now fits just in front of the swell, my index finger in front of the opposite swell and my last two fingers in the dip behind the swell. Lock-up once again:

I didn't test with a lanyard hold for even more chopping advantage, but the grip would put my thumb and first two fingers on opposite sides in the dip. So that should work quite nicely as well.

Cheers,
Rick.
