My new knife

I received my collaboration series HK Pooka today. Nice job by John and Peter. Looks good and feels good in the hand. The scales are Bocote. Here are a few pictures in my work shop getting fitted for some pants.

I like the textured finish, to me it gives the knife tough,cool look. Maybe I would describe it as soothing to the eye compared to a shiny finish, if that makes sense.
