I received my collaboration series HK Pooka today. Nice job by John and Peter. Looks good and feels good in the hand. The scales are Bocote. Here are a few pictures in my work shop getting fitted for some pants.

Congrats on the Pooka. What are your thoughts on the new textured finish? Be sure to post pics of its new pants!
 
I like the textured finish, to me it gives the knife tough,cool look. Maybe I would describe it as soothing to the eye compared to a shiny finish, if that makes sense.
