Well, I did my share to boost the economy and came home with some incredible new custom knives.

First one is from the CKCA banquet where I was fortunate to win the drawing to purchase the knife contributed by Sean O'Hare. My photos could not do it justice so I have included the official photo taken by Coop.

The next is a mammoth bark folder made for me by Johnny Stout. I bought this mammoth at a show in January and gave to Mr. Stout to make the knife. I saw it for first time when he gave it to me at the show.

The next is a Damascus Hunter by Ed Caffrey. The blade on this knife is incredible. It almost looks like crystals in the blade where the laminations were done. Dessert Ironwood handle.

The next is a Damascus Hunter with Amboyna Burl done by Greg Neely.

And the last but not least is a Damascus Hunter with mammoth bark by Daniel Warren.

Well played Sir!
I don't know all the players but I think you may have won!
Beautiful knives. The Caffery and Neely really appeal to me.

Congrats on some great scores. Each one is top shelf. The O'Hare piece grabs me and the little number by Mr. Stout keeps calling me back to look again. Thanks for sharing here.

That's quite a haul - congrats! It's nice to see a Greg Neely knife posted as we see so few, and that Caffrey is sweet!

Was good meeting you at the CKCA Banquet Mark. Was happy to see you get the Finback.

Boy you bought some seriously beautiful knives!!! I got to check out the Ed Caffrey knife and it was incredible.

Mark,

You picked up some great knives at Blade.

I especially like the Dan Warren, MS Feather Damascus Hunter.

Hello!

Congratulation on some really beautiful pieces! My favourite is the Caffrey, even though the stamp is givng me a hard time in those images. ;) Amazing blade pattern there!
