Thanks for the great pics. Nice knife!!

I have a Chambriard Le Thiers knife. I really like the Laguiole knives, they make great slicers.

Nice knife. I have a Laguiole in 12c27 stainless, but I've always wanted one in carbon steel. How much did that knife cost?

I bought that one directly at the "courty et fils" shop in paris, a really nice little shop that will make you drool :)
It was harder than I thought to find carbon blades, mostly they are sandvik.
For that one I payed 110€, same as you can find them on their web page.
But Courty has laguioles from 100€ to 1.200€!
So whe you come to paris, you have to check out Courty et fils and Kindal, these 2 shops are close to the opera and a 2 minutes walk one from the other.

Do you have addresses for those shops? I hope to be in Paris soon.

Courty et fils
44, rue des Petits Champs
75002 Paris

Kindal
33 Avenue De L'opera
75002 Paris

I tried more or less to mark where they are, but if you walk down the "Avenue De L'opera" towards the opera, you'll find Kindal without problems on the left side.
Cross the street and walk a few metres back and you'll see the "rue des petits champs", 100m away is courty.
