Wow! I have had some issues with some of their tools but never that bad. Leatherman needs to improve their QC time now! I hope you get a good replacement.
Nothing missing, just a duplicate. One didn't lock up at 1st but after a few try's it did.
I packed it up and printed out a prepaid shipping label and sent it back to Amazon.
