CBT CGFBM was one of my Busse grail knives, so after some hunting I scored this one.

Black coating, in early stages of chipping off the blade. The original design green micarta handles were too thin for comfortable grip. In other words the knife needed to be modified.
I removed the handles, stripped the coating with Citristrip and sent the knife to Garth to put new magnum scales.
Last step after I got the knife last week was to polish the bevels a little. Did a progression of sandpapers, 600, 1000, 2000, then polished with white rouge with my Dremel, and finished with Mothers Aluminum & Mag. I tried to achieve some mirroring on the flats and the ridges of the CBT, while leaving the groves untouched for a bit of contrast, and also preserving the INFI dimples as much as possible.
Here is the result.

Last thing on the list is to make a leather sheath for it.
Thanks for looking
