Just picked this up off of craigslist. It is a CQD Mark II. Can anyone tell me anything about it?

MOD, before the Blackhawk buyout, made fantastic knives. You have the little brother to the CQD MK.1, both were designed by Duane Dieter (www.cqd.net).
 
You got a great knife bro. I bought one of their old trocars (designed by Ayoob before Blackhawk drove the company into the ground) and it is to this day one of my favorite knives. Great score.
