Just received it the mail. I love it! If it's a Spyderco that's American made with a silver clip, then I'm interested in it. Thank God it does not have a black clip!!!!!

How do you like the lock on the Manix?

I got a Manix recently too, it's an awesome knife, easily my favorite folder.

flash900: The Manix is my first Spyderco, so I wasn't sure about the lock either, but after I got it, I think it's awesome. I've had linerlocks, a framelock and backlocks, but I think the CCBL is my favorite. It's very smooth opening and not hard to close, just takes a little getting used to, because you have to close it using both sides of the knife, rather than an axis lock where you just use one side.

I love the Manix 2. I think it is arguably one of the best Spyderco knives in production. The price/performance is just out of this world!!!! I love all my sprint versions and just need to bite it and get the standard version.

I love the lock!!! Locks up secure fast and tight.
