Just wanted to share my excitement over my new Manix 2 Moonglow that just arrived from UPS. I really like this knife.....flawless operation and the GITD handle is awesome. Manix 2 is one of my all time favorites, this just took it to a new fun level. Thanks for looking.

Actually, these things are so bright and glow so long that you could probably use them to read. You could certainly do midnight navigation to the head with one if it had been "charged" at dinnertime. I am not kidding, they glow so strongly that if you are out in the sunlight and go into the shade you can see it glowing. :cool:

The smallest I've seen was something like 5x12" and 1/8" thick, $50 IIRC. I was thinking about using it for Mule scales but was advised that the material is prone to chipping, probably because it is solid acrylic without any kind of matrix like fiberglass or carbon fiber. I'm still on the fence about the Mule scales.
 
Been waiting almost as long for this EDC Forum special as the M4 Millie.

It GLOWS like a cylume light, love it :D
