My new Mnandi knife pouch

Okay, I am not going to use this little guy but can't stand the thought of marking the original packaging more and more each time I take it out to admire. So I decided to get a fully enclosed leather pouch and was lucky to pick this item up on eBay. Its entirely handmade by a 87 year old native American and it fits the Mnandi snugly. Material is calf hide with deer hide stitching with velcro enclosure. I just received it today and just wanted to share with you guys.

Nice looking little pouch! I like the pouches from knives ship free, they have one that completely closes too. It's not deer though

Its calf skin stitched with deer hide. I wanted full leather and velcro closure for better protection (the button down ones may scratch the inlay). Its a perfect fit for the Mnandi. And it only cost around $17. If you go into eBay, look under 'apache knife pouch' - the ones currently on sale are larger and too colourful for my liking.
