Few days ago a package from our Glenn had arrived at my home, this itself was no big surprise as I knew it was on its way. The package contained an old Case XX Barlow originally with broke scale and wobbling blades that I sent to Glenn to fix.
here it is before i sent it:
As you may note it has great smooth red soap bone scales and my request from Glenn was to remove only the broken scale and find new one to match the older scale on the mark side, quiet a challenge.
Glenn did wonderful job restoring this old Barlow, giving it many more years of use, the new scale is a bit lighter but no less nicer than the old one.

As you can see Glenn chose not to shine up the blades and left the original character of the knife, indeed great looking.
Since I got it it's in my pocket, and strangely I take it out for quick look every 10 minutes
