Hi everyone,
I've been scouring the 'bay for various old Spydercos and stumbled upon a serrated Delica Clipit from the early 90s, ordered it without thinking twice, just got it today. Seems to be in pretty decent condition, smooth opening, no problems with the lock. The blade needs a bit attention though, so I'm wondering if I should mail it to Spyderco or try sharpening it on my Sharpmaker and then polish the blade to get rid of the scratches. I can keep a good edge on my serrated VG-10 Endura and my H-1 Ladybug Hawkbill Salt so I'm not too concerned, but I'm sure Spyderco will do a much better job. What do you guys think, give it a go on the Sharpmaker or send it to Spyderco?
