*My new PSK w/ BK14(UPDATED 4/3/11)*

Since I first seen the Relentless X2MS Mag Pouch Sheath and ESEE RAT Pack I've wanted something similar but for a smaller blade. Recently found a combat medic pouch by OPS for a cheap price and hit the purchase button. It's original purpose was to hold a pair of trauma shears, but this is what I'm doing to it...

Had a snap strap to hold the trauma shears in place. That had to go.

Pretty roomy. 2.5x2.5x5.5 interior.

BK sheath fits perfect.

MOLLE straps in the back.

Thinking I'll put a pair of small grommets in the back and attach the sheath with small nuts and bolts to hold it all together. What yinz think?

Finally got the eyelet put in. Was going to do two but one seems to work.

Filled.

In it there is a scout firesteel, cheapo flashlight, Fire kit in a snus tin, navigation kit in 2nd snus tin.
Still need to add some stuff.

i dig it, secure the sheath in the slot and you should be able to build i nice small belt kit around pouch. :thumbup:

looked around for it from you description(combat medic pouch by OPS) couldn't find it, were'd ya get it?

No, but seriously. I really like the idea. Whether the Multicam is necessary or not is pretty much open for discussion, but i don't intend to start a camo pattern flame war. I know german Flecktarn is the best

Thanks all. Got mine on the bay but ur-tactical.com has them too. Listed as OPS compact medic pouch. Yea QT... very similar. Mine doesn't have that long quick access strap inside. It might be possible to add to a BK2 sheath. I'll take photos...

I like your idea of the bk 2 also, I'd like to see that with a drop leg and thigh attachment, awesome short hiking/exploring rig.. :thumbup:
