Just wanted to praise Ray for this creation and show off his work.

I also have a video showing the very smooth action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PRkshXU6cwI

Thanks Ray!

I want to personally thank you for posting this after my request! Thank you for taking the time...now onto the blade  amazing. His work is so clean and thats super smooth! Definetly going to be on the look out for the next one. Can you tell if the frame lock is heat treated? Or maybe Ray heat treats then finished the blade up so you might not be able to tell.

Again thanks!

No jazz, snazz, flare, or flamboyance. That is an AWESOME knife. That is truly what Emerson's A series could, and should be.

No problem at all. I'm not sure if he heat treats the lock. I'm sure you could ask him. I highly recommend you pick one of his knives up if you can. This has bumped my small sebenza 21 as my go to EDC.

Exactly! That is what I love about Ray's knives. The lines are so clean and simple.

Definetly very intersted in it, I am going to contact him. I can see how it dumped it to tell you the truth (dont flame me guys, but this is beautiful).

Ray makes a fine knife. No frills and no tactical-whatchamawhoozit. Just a fine knife that does what it should, and damned well at that.

Love the satin finish, love the half-and-half given by the Ti and G-10, love the acute spear point, and I LOVE the FFG. That's like, my ideal Ray Laconico right there. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Thanks for posting. Thanks for the kind words.

The face of the Ti lockbar is carbidized on this one.

Ray is the man!

I saw that one on the exchange.

Very clean design.

I like how that open/closed there isn't anything weird that sticks out from the scales.

Congrats on a great blade!

Great knife.

Whether it's a fixed EDC or your folder - Love that look - Clean and sleek.

Nice pickup.

I really like this knife. I've been wanting a A100 for a while now but t.his folder blows it out of the water. I thought getting into knives would be cheaper than guns. Boy was I wrong!
