My new Seiko 5 watch

So, I got my Seiko 5 SNK809 from UPS today, and I like it. They're are a couple things I don't like though. First, the strap is flimsy and a little uncomfortable. A made a leather one for it, but it didn't turn out so well so I ordered a SS band for it, which should be here in a couple days. Second, I haven't even had the watch for an entire day yet and the back crystal is already really scratched up. I think it had a few scratches out of the box, but it seems even worse now. I have no idea how it got scratched so easily, since I haven't even used it barely at all. But I guess I can live with it since the front crystal isn't scratched, which is what really matters. Only time will tell if I really like it. I may post some photos once I get the SS strap.


EDIT: Oh my goodness.....I just peeled a protective plastic slip off of the back of the watch. There are no scratches! :stupid:

So, I got my Seiko 5 SNK809 from UPS today

They are good watches, very good for the price if you buy them right.

I bought 2 different ones that I used for parts and one that I wore for awhile. The one that I wore I put on a NATO strap.
