  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Spent the day slaughtering chickens with it. Took a few photos, but I can't get them to upload. Anyway the SF performed beautifully. My hand just seemed to fall into a safe and secure grip, and the edge held up all day.

Glad you like it. Phil evolved the design from use. He did a nice job as did the maker.

Very nice! Between cleaning fish and kitchen use mine is a daily user. In fact probably gets used more than any of my other knives.

I can say that it is the most used of my knives already. Did 40+ chickens yesterday, then cleaned it up and used it for kitchen chores that night. A quick stropping brought the edge pretty much back to new.

Love mine as well. Have a special dedicated fillet knife by Phil, so mine primarily sees kitchen use. Needless to say I have cautioned my wife about dropping it on the tile floors, and always use a cutting board. Great knife, truly classic design.
