Thought I'd share my new Starbenza. I've had a few plain 21s and one micarta inlay, but always wanted a Starbenza. Got this one yesterday in a great trade. I think it's a nice middle ground between an inlay and the plain scales. Adds just a little more grip and a little bit of style. Also the Idaho Made stamp is almost unnoticeable. Also if I ever scotchbrite the scales I'll get the cool dual texture look. I thought that the double lugs would be more useful but I find the left side one a little useless.

The sheath is from a non supporting manufacture (I think) so if you'd like more info send a pm or email.

Great trade....its one of my favorites. Just got mine back from the spa and it looks like new too!

Just picked up my first starbenza a few weeks ago. Love it too! I've also been thinking about scotch briting the scales as well. I saw some photos some time back with the scales done and the two-tone look was nice! If you do it first be sure and post some pics.

Will do. I've found a few vids on YouTube and I might use some high grit sandpaper this time

Nice knife. I could have purchased one for under list awhile ago and kick myself for not having done so. That'll teach me to save money.
