My new Steel Heart Arrived

Got home from work today, and imagine my surprise to find a brand new Steel Heart waiting for me. Surprised because I only placed my order 9 days ago. The Busse people are really on the ball!

All I can say is... What a knife! I had never seen a Busse "in person" before, and I have to say that the pictures I've seen fail to do it justice. The sheer "sturdiness" of the thing just doesn't come through in a photo. You just have to handle it to believe it. It's very impressive...

I'll have to take it out this weekend and put it through its paces.

You can count on it... Thanks for the quick delivery. And thank you very much for not including a copy of the invoice with shipment. My wife beat me home tonight. When I asked her if we had gotten any mail, she replied "just some junk... Oh, and a knife." She'd already openned it and checked it out.

I always thought that Jerry & Company do not include invoices with the knives if they do not charge for the knife. I had better start checking my credit card statements!
