I've never been the jealous type;) Sounds like you're happy and that's all that matters. Custom slippies are addictive, so you better start looking for another one soon before that Jones hits you:D

Yeah,we're not jealous,we're happy for ya'. But we'll be watching you now,to see how you fight those urges,LMAO!!

Todd is consitently turning out some gorgeous slipjoints.I love to look at his knives as he posts them.Every one,an original.Congrats to both of you!

Thanks guys. I really appreciate humoring me. It's my first custom slippie and it's a beauty!

It's 3 11/16 closed
6.5 OAL

I am really excited. I'll post a follow up once I get it in my hand.

Best,
Brett

Thanks to forum members like you guys, I placed an order with Todd today for an ironwood wharny slippy. So many knives and so little money. You forum members are a bad influence, that is why I listen to you guys.

Just a victim of an addiction. Do you think we might be able to get a federal grant to support our addiction? I know several guys drawing bucks because they drink too much. What is the difference? An addiction is an addiction.
I think I will apply for one, someone has to support my habit. Ray Cover is an addictive maker.

James....

311 is a good number! You will have your beauty in no time.

Take care,
Brett

IMO Todd makes some of the best slip joints for the money on the custom knife market. I love his work, F&F are always right on the money.

That's a sweet lookin slippie! Congrats and enjoy!

That's a gorgeous knife. I like the blade shape you've picked.

Thank you! I really love that shape also. It's functional and also very stout. With D2 I am sure this knife will be one to pass down for generations.

take care,
Brett

Great looking knife!, I am starting to get the Itch for another of Todds Knives (4 just isn't enough). I like the wider blade profile that he has been using lately.

Todd just gets better and better. Love the file work. I need a carbon fibre slippie. Congrats bdws.

Mike

Todd said he has about 5 knives before he gets to mine. I'm guessing I'll be 315 or 316. I have to keep the knife economy healthy by supporting custom makers. Let's all do our part by placing an order with a custom maker.
