Hi guys!

I really appreciate all the help you guys gave me when it came to deciding between a ZT300, or a MOD CQD Mark 1......so here is my new "toy" to complement my other "toy"....hehe...

I went with the MOD CQD Mark 1 Combo Edge, Manual Open....picked up the Prylon Sheath w/ Tec-Lok as well.....I messed around with the ZT300 at the store before I got the Mark 1.....I will be picking up the ZT300 as well....just waiting on my Income Tax refund.....Feb 6th can't get here any sooner!

Again guys, thanks for the help!

Hey Hammer,

The Prylon sheath works VERY well.....knife goes in with a very satisfying "click", and the tension is adjustable via tension screws.....the Tek-Lok allows the sheath to be monted in ANY direction......right now, this is my set up:

Glock 19C in Level 2 SERPA holster on right hip, SERPA Mag carrier w/ spare mag on left hip, and my MOD CQD Mark 1 is carried in the open position in my Prlyon sheath, horizontally.....everything conceals, VERY well, even under a light jacket. I STRONGLY reccommend the Prylon sheath....opens up a whole new realm for carrying this beast of a knife.....it dwarfs my Glock 19C....hehe....but handling this sucker lets you know you have a solid, reliable piece of equipment in your hands. I strongly reccommend the MOD CQD Mark 1, and its Prylon sheath.

I can appreciate that. Because of the discussion, I got mine out, attached it to a GATCO hone and sharpened the top side. Think I might start carrying this one more.

This is not a pic of mine, but the leather sheath as supplied by MOD is quite nice.
