I found this Case Medium Trapper at a yard sale for $3 bucks Saturday. It was really dirty for a 2 year old knife but had a great patina underneath the grime and was razor sharp. I love finding a great deal on old knives just makes my day.

Guess that is a Stockman I seem to type things my head is not thinking. Guess I am really getting old.

Yep. 3318 Medium Stockman. Very nice snag at that price. Looks like a great user knife in very good condition.

Congrats, r redden!! That's a classic knife for an incredible price!:thumbup:
I really like that slender stockman with the slim clip blade and round bolsters, and the yellow Delrin is something I don't yet have on any knife, but it sure looks good. :D:D

I typically gravitate toward natural handle materials (bone, stag, wood) but I do love the look of yellow Delrin. There is just something about it.

Congrats. On a great find. It's been a little while since I found a deal like that. I use to kind of take for granted when I would find a "good" deal. Not anymore. They have become few and far between. At least for me. May be that you're getting them all now. ;)

I always loved the California clip blade on them, they're almost needle like, great splinter pickers.:)

That would be $30 at an estate sale around here. :(

I'm not a fan of the Case yellow plastic, but for three dollars I'd tolerate it.

Nice r redden! I think the yellow Delrin in CV is one of the best Case knives to own, patina looks perfect, well used and ready to go. Feels wonderful in hand, eh? Even better at $3!!:D
