Quitting smoking is the best thing you could do. and remember it only gets easier as time gose on. a good idea would be to read up online as to how bad it is for you're heath and that will give you more incentive to quit as well.

My dad's health due to smoking is all the incentive i need. I have been smoking for about 10 years. So far it's been hard, but i think i can do this. Thanks for you're kind words!
