My newest Dozier

I just got my newest and probably my last Dozier for awhile (is 8 enough?). It is show here with the Wilderness knife for size comparison. I was going to ask that Bob make me a type F sheath like on the Wilderness Knife but forgot to ask. Damn if it didn't come with just the same sheath as on the Wilderness Knife. I am a very happy camper with this knife and sheath combonation. I just love Bob Doziers work! :thumbup: :thumbup: :eek:

That is an elegant design. It was made for skinning, but I have two radically curved Bark River skinners that I find work really well at food prep.
 
Actually the Elk Hunter will probably see more kitchen use then skinning use. It's a big knife but is surprisingly light feeling and is swift in the hand. One awsome sharp knife just like I have come to expect from Bob Dozier knives.

I think this one will be (already is) my favorite EDC since I just love the Wilderness style sheath it came with...it just never gets in the way of sitting down or getting in and out of the car.

Yeah, 8 is enough "for now" but after the holidays I think I will have to re-evaluate my thoughts on that!:D :D :eek:
