Here is my newest.

This one cost me some blood, but was worth it. It is my usual style handle except more dramatic integral guard on the scales. This one has black/green/yellow on one side and lost of reds on the other. This one started more symmetrical in color and is now half a product of the block it came from, as the colors changed dramatically every few mm.

Specs:
8.5" OAL
4.5" Wharncliff blade, full distal taper
1095 Double quenched, ethced and hand rubbed to 1500 grit
Triple dyed box elder burl (red, black, green)
Sculpted scales with flared forward edge acting as a guard
Spine fully fileworked

I really really like how this one came out. The hamon really pops in person, and the burl is wild and fine.
