I was skimming through A.G. Russel's catalog the other day & this one just really caught my eye(more like I absolutely fell in love with it!:D).It'll be quite a few months B4 I'll be able to get it,but it's definately a done deal.

I'm torn between handle materials as far as the Ram's Horn & the Amboyna Burl.

Not really looking for any opinions, just figured I'd throw it out there. On the other hand, feel free to express yours if you want.

I vote for Amboyna. I live in an urban area, but also spend time in farm country. Wood-handle materials do well in both settings.

Good eye catching those JTR! I think all three look super-nice, but I too am partial to horn. I'm going to look through my AG catalog and take a look at those!

'C' looks very Bark Riverish to me?

Whereas the Amboyna Burl really looks so deep you could drown in it.;)

Thanks for your comments guys:thumbup:

Although I love the look of the Amboyna Burl,I'll more than likely go for the oiled Ram's Horn.Just looks more traditional to me.
