I do find it an interesting design, the same way I find those cheapo "folding ulu" knives really interesting. I'd have to handle one to be convinced, though.

To be fair, it kinda looks like a folding Sharpfinger to me, with a hook for one handed opening.

I remember seeing it on another site where it was drilled and tapped for up or down on both sides. I think it would be kinda cool to have a waved folding sharpfinger.
