my next knife?

Ok, so I have a bunch of Benchmades, several Emersons, some Microtechs, a ZT 301,a Sebenza, and a nice custom folder I picked up here from R. Flaherty. I'm looking to pick up something new, and I have my eye on the Spyderco Caly-3 in carbon fiber w/the ZDP steel. It appeals to me for several reasons; first I love carbon fiber(I just don't have any knives with it as a scale material.) Second the blade length will let me carry without worry in Detroit, Third I don't have any Spydercos except a Police 1(that has developed some blade play)

What are people's experiences with this knife? like it? hate it? How has it held up over time? how is the lock up? I only have one lock back (the police 1) and it is now sloppy, but it has a pin for a pivot... Any input is appreciated, as the knife is a belated birthday gift from the wife, I want to make sure it will be something I'll be proud to have and will last for a long time.

Thanks!

CF Caly3 is a great knife, I have it for couple years, still prefer original VG10/G10 Caly3 (which I EDC since they came out, for about two and half years) for easy maintenance, also I do not like uneven laminated lines, especially on the polished blades, sorry.
Also I would recommend CF Native4. The same blade size, great ergos, CF looks very nice, fit and finish is outstanding, finger choil is deeper than on Caly3.
Good luck.
