Is going to be a Commander. Locking side will be 3/16" Ti. Ti backspacer, .90 nonlocking liner with bolsters and micarta (Emerson custom look). No thumbdisc, flush ground. Zero bevel, mirror polished on flats. Drilled for L/R carry. All Ti will be bead blasted.

Things will more than likely change between planning and final piece, but it will look bad ass.

Sounds good man, maybe go for a full bead blast blade or satin blade with a mirror polished "hamon"
I have done that for folks to keep the bade looking the same even after a few sharpenings

I'm still going with the high polish. This is a very special blade. That is all I'm going to say until I post pics. I know... teaser. But it will be worth it, I swear! You'll shit bricks when you see it.

I hope not

It defo sounds like its going to be a real nice knife either way

I'm starting to think the prudent way to go would be to have a matched pair made for both hands. Mirror images, still tapped for L/R clip placement. This will cost some $$$ and take some time, but will be worth it.
