My NMFBMLE is no longer a Virgin. Perfect for an Amy-0 Cheesecake

When I received my NMFBMLE I didn't know if I would be able to use it or make it a safe queen.
Well, last Saturday I was fortunate enough to get a sneak peak at the KillaZilla (thank you very much Jerry, and Garth for "Bringing It" :thumbup:) and share an Amy-0 Strawberry Cheesecake :eek:
In fact I was the one that had the honor of cutting the cake with my virgin Mistress :D
She was perfect for the task. Long enough that with a gentle cut the cheesecake was cleanly cut in half, no slicing necessary.
She also cleaned up very nicely although i couldn't bring myself to lick the blade clean. She probably would have bit my tongue right off if I would've tried that :eek:
What a perfect way to abuse a safe queen.

Sorry, I double checked to make sure there wasn't a trace of KZ in the pic :D
 
Ha, I deflowered my FBMLE with some tomatoes and a BLT sandwich. It was all down hill from there. Then I chopped a bunch of wood. I have thrown it, messed the edge up a few times, and most recently, hand convexed the edge.

Most recently, I cut a delicious icecream cake with it..........the horror, the horror.............
 
BTW:,,,,,It's STILL a safe queen , untill you go out an smash it into a tree or a fallen log,,,something substancial..... PERIOD :D

Great pics! But you should never be afraid of cleaning your INFI with your tongue, just remember to go from the spine to the edge. Believe me, I've done it multiple times....at Fogo, KC and in my kitchen. Just make sure the motion is away from the edge. It's safe and a great way to make sure you won't waste a drop of the Amy-0 (or Fogo) goodness that is temporally attached to your blade.
Go ahead forager, give it a try. You'll be glad you did. :D

Yes, Amy was showing off some of her toys. Ask her about the time she almost gutted Alton Brown with one of those. :D

That's similar to what I've been thinking.

Now that she's had Amy-0 cheesecake using it on anything else would be in poor taste :D

Amy-0 Cheesecake! Wow! That's one tough chopper you got there! What did you use the Zilla for, to slice up the brownies!? Sounds like a party. Thanks.
 
It was very nice meeting you forager...and I am glad that you use your virgin to cut my cheesecake:p:p
