OK so I didn't get to go to Blade. Wish I could of but ya'll know how it goes. Instead here are the latest knives of mine. All bought over the course of the last 2.5 months, so I am counting this as my Blade Show knives. What do you guys think? Anyone see a pattern forming?

In all honestly the Hen and Roosters are my absolute favorite though each has a few issues. The one with the popcorn-ish stag is Bertram made but the long pull isn't the best and there are a few gaps in between the liners. The other one, Voss Cut Co, has mismatched stag as you can see. Everything else is perfect on it though. The Henckels whittler is nice also. And the copperhead is my favorite Case knife that I have yet to see. And of course the Old Timer. Everyone needs atleast one. Get more if you can. So what do you guys think? Not to bad me thinks. Of course it is no Elliot or Gus haul;) but I am very happy.

Well, methinks you spelled my name wrong.:p

And all that matters is that you're happy and it sounds like you are.

For what it's worth, I like the knives you've chosen and as in most everything else, Rome doesn't have to be built in a day.

You're building yourself a good collection of solid knives that you like and will provide a lifetime of service. As the years go by if you want to and can afford to invest more in your hobby then you will.

Well done, Corey.

No I swear I put two T's in your name! I even double checked. Man it is not my day. Well ELLIOTT thanks for the compliments.

Corey, I was just having a little fun. It really doesn't matter to me. Most everyone spells it wrong whether they know me or not. Not really worth getting upset about. :p

Oh, and you're welcome. If you ever need help, you know where to find me.

Looks like your getting a preference for stockmans cr.Theres always a little flaw or something with collecting older knives. It just gives them more personality. Nice haul for sure:thumbup:

Great Job!! Yer back in the game. Super knives and good choices.

Now that's a fine foundation to start from, right there. An 8OT, and a good Case pattern. The 8OT is one of my favorites, and any of the 3-7/8" to 4" Stockman types have a special place in my heart.

Darn right we do. We'd wonder what was wrong with you if it was any different. Now go sniff some 3-in-1 and check back in tomorrow. :D

thx - cpr
