This is one I found in a pawn shop a few years back.

Different looking knife. Is it the picture or is this knife missing inlay rivets? Several other things jump out at me to about this one. The front blade/bushing pin is oversized and I remember recently seeing that same thing on the knife on the bay. Same south of center look too. The Rocker rivet seems to be oversized as well. Finially the Stamp is off center and the blade looks modern in shape.

I don't know what I think about that knife. I would love to hear some opinions from some of the other guys on this 110. Its different for sure and looks just like the one I just saw on the bay. Interesting!!

btw your BG42 Oak 110 is awsome looking. Best looking oak I've seen out of the custom shop.

It does not have the inlay rivets, I`ve wondered about this knife myself. Fit and finish, although worn, is good.

I know of only one Folding Hunter Version that came without inlay rivets. Third Version, Variation 4. It would be stamped like yours, BUCK, U.S.A. The rear spacer, aka spring holder, is integral to the right hand side.
Everything else looks ok from the pictures in my opinion. :)

The rear spacer is integral to the right side when looking at it from the rear. I guess I did OK for $12. :D

...Kina sorta similar to this one that I've had since long before I can remember...Except mine has "rivets"...Joe's seen this one...:p

Joe, Thanks for writing in. As this 110 is very much like mine which I displayed at the 20yr. event. Yes, spacer intergal to the right side w/ small nail knick. Only mine is 3rd version, 3rd varaition(has pins). Yes, Flat my stamping is a tad bit off center as well.1967 DM

Yes, I would say you did well with the $12 price tag. I've been keeping an eye out for this particular version, but have not had any luck.

That one is mentioned in Blades Guide to Knives and calls it a rare version that was made without rivets. I am still out in the country and can't remember the value they put on it, but was at least $100.

Yes, good buy!!! I gave $31 for mine

I just lucked into this one. Back when my daughter was in college, whenever I went to visit I always made a point of checking out the pawn shops. I just happened to be in the right place at the right time!
