My Ontarion Rat 2 is getting dull

Hello Everyone,
I am new to sharpening and would like to know what angle to sharpen the Ontario Rat 2. I tried sharpening the blade on the Worksharp 2 , course and fine and i can't cut a sheet of paper. Any suggestions.
 
I just touched up mine on the 30 degree setting on the Sharpmaker and it worked great.
