I purchased one of the new lock-back Manix IIs just to see what it was like... I must say I prefer it to my ball-lock Manix IIs - the thick linerless G-10 handle reminds me of one of my favorite folders from the early eighties... the Gerber FeildLite III - but the spydie hole, S30V steel, and quality of build make it light-years ahead of that older knife - Definitely going in my EDC rotation... (along with Millie, Yojimbo II, and ParaII)
