Learned about this on a couple threads here, but don't remember seeing a pic of one next to an 0550 without the treatment. So...


Seems likeI can see the difference better without direct light. Now to muster the guts to do this to my Sebenza...

Agreed! I'm definitely going to do it to the blk, also. But I have to wait for some new screws from the warranty dept. to arrive. One is really stripped, I'm probably going to have to perform some Dremel surgery to remove it...

What he said.
The detent is a bit stiff on that one so it jumps a little when I open it with the thumbstud. If I'm not in a flicking mood I can open it smoother with the hole, kinda like a Stirider or a Spyder.

Looks good. I think I am gonna do it to the one I carry with a black blade and see how it looks with my orange/black scale.
