My p.m.'s got lost when I turned platinum

It's been a little bit but when I went from gold to platinum I didn't get my full 300 p.m.s

300 got deducted from what I previously had. Can you please look into this.

You can only keep total of 200 at your previous gold member status.

If you go to your private messages at the bottom it will show you the total in your inbox and sent folder and then tell you the percentage of storage left.
