do you guys think that spyderco would be willing to replace a slightly rusty stop pin, screws
and the washers? even if i to pay for it?
 
There seems to be a misconception with knife warranties. For the most part when you "void" a warranty that doesn't mean you're excommunicated from the manufacturer it just means they ain't gonna fix it for free!

You can almost ALWAYS send a knife in and have it fixed, the question is are you gonna have to fork over some clams or not.

ok thank you. i was under the impression they were going to give me the middle finger if my warranty was voided. :)
 
Spyderco is pretty awesome in CS. I had a question about my Manix that couldn't directly be answered by CS. They actually contacted someone in manufacturing to get me an answer. Super cool and honest folks.
