This in hand feels like the perfect mix of a 9 and 14. I love it when you get it just how YOU want it!
Stock scales sand blasted painted and cleared,.030 G10 liners in foliage green from mrn8 with SS hardware,blade stripped and blued,sheath dyed and made to fit like I want.Eclipse mint tin in place filled with STUFF! I LIKE IT !!!

I know what your talking about. I feel like I finally have my 16 dialed in just the way I like it. Think I might go with a leather sheath though. My factory sheath is starting to wear out. I like how you shortened your though. I always though the factory one was way too big.
 
I think I would like some skin for it too but figured I'd use up what I had. I've noticed no matter how much you like how they are they still tend to evolve along as time goes by.
 
I really like what you did with the scales. Great work on that.

The ffg BK16 is looking better to me all the time. Guess I'll have to break down and get one soon!
