This was made from 99.9% of material that survived the fire. I used the wire from a coat hanger to make the rings. The blade is 5160, 6 1/2" long with an overall length of 12 1/2". The handle is elk stag with more wrought iron. Another crappy picture but you can still tell its a knife.

I really like the two pommels on that...

I'm just new around here, but from what I've read you've been through quite a bit recently Mr. Richard...I'm glad to see you managed to pick through the rubble and come out with the makings of this knife.

Beautiful piece.

OK Ray,

As usual, your work is outstanding, but, does the tang bend up or down  ?

Would you believe me if I said I split the tang and ran it up and down? This ones going down. The one on top is a nipple ring..... :D

Cool Ray. Nipple ring huh? Maybe you should call this one GenX instead of Phonex:D Glad to see your work again.

I love the model name, Ray!! The appropriateness of the name is overwhelming, for the maker as well as the beautiful knife.

Dig it! Man that's cool Ray. I'm sure glad you're getting more inspiration out here for us lazy folks. ;)

I had the same question, you had a slick answer. What I want to know now is how you got the Mrs to give them up. :D Or did you just wait till she went to sleep? :D
