I would go for the MICHAEL J. SMITH Gents Folder.

It´s a perfect gents folder- looks and ergos.

Jose :)

Here's another vote for the Smith Gent's Folder. The MOP scales and awesome mosaic patterns on the bolster and blade make that one eye popping    (see what eye mean :D ) knife. Get it, get it, get it!! tf ;)

I would go with the Hinderer Firetac...I gave him my order in person just over a week ago, and I cannot wait!

Well, I'd choose either the Rick Hinderer knife or the Michael J. Smith knife. If I was looking for elegance, I'd take the Smith; if my craving was drawn towards a large folder, I'd get the Hinderer.

Normally I like Firetacs, but this one pictured looks a bit off. The blue titanium frame with the red cocobolo just doesn't match right. I'd take CF with the blue, or the cocobolo with natural Ti.

They all look goofy and over cooked :D . But, if you are gay, all of the above look fabulous ;) Then again, the firetac is the most useable looking.

Out of the lot I'd definitely take the Durio liner lock. Comes together more smoothly than the others IMO.

I like the look of the Kirby Lambert the best, out of those ones. I think a plainer KFF would be nice too, that one is just too.. well... gay.

Since you asked...

The Durio looks the nicest but I'm not a big fan of liner locks.

The Crawford KFF has the most handsome handle materials, but the gaudy damascus takes away from the prehistoric beauty of the mammoth.

Most of those are just "too over the top" for my tastes.

Good luck in your decision,
Bob

How about this one:

i like the persian dinosaur. i mean who else could say that they have part of a dinosaur in their pocket. besides its the best looking, i think.

I also like the persian dinosaur, and not for the novelty of the dinosaur bone. I think the color pattern of the scales is very nice and the blade design and shape are stunning. As for the liner lock thing, who cares? You're not going to be stabbing any of these into tree stumps and torqueing them, so liner lock is more than adequate.

I also must agree with the 'Persian Dinosaur'. Style-wise it can get away with the overcooked look, and overall, the only one that really caught my attention.
