Hi guys,
Living in a rural area overseas I have to do alot of my shopping on the internet. Clothing,shoes, books,some foods, you name it. So I ahve become a bit of a conisseur of good and bad service. That being said, I can`t say enough about the great service I got from the folks at Sayoc.com.
I have a little over 30 years experience in Chinese kung fu and some limited (4-5 yrs) exposure to Filipino martial arts. So recently I bought a dvd on line from the folks at Sayoc.com. It arrived last night and I have been going over it a little at a time as my schedule allows.
The material and production values are great, but what impressed me the most was the outstanding service I got from them all the way up until the dvd arrived on my doorstep. I recieved several emails tracking the processing,shipping, and curreent location of my order so I never had to wonder what was going on or when it would arrive. I can`t wait to get more material and hopefully find some in person training when I return to the states in a couple years.
