My pole hawk

This is reforged from an old firefighter axe.
Is`t a carbon tool steel head with an ash handle, brass capp / pins and some leather protection.
Here is the progress from what it was and what it become.

Thank you again, this is the result of a lot of reading and documentation on the diferent tipes of hawks.
From the start I have to solve the problem of that short cutting edge and I was little confident on this problem.
In the end, I managed the problem.
 
Is that a piece of RR track used for the anvil? Where do you guys find them?

You may find a piece at a company that works for RR maintenance.
They often cut down pieces of RR tracks.
It`s fine for small work but it`s hard to use for larger projects.
