My post just disappeared after I edited it

My post just disappeared after I edited it by inserting some text 3 more links from the same url linking those images. They were just links to a Flickr site where these images are. What have i done wrong. It was working fine with 100 views before this last edit.

You likely tripped the spam filters. If so, your post was set aside by the software until a super reviewed it to ensure it wasn't spam. There is nothing currently in the review queue, so somebody has looked at it and approved it. So it should now be visible.

Hi there it is now. many thanks. yeah it's def not spam LOL, just good old knife pics in the great outdoors
