My posts in G&G FS arnt bringing threads to top

I'm having an issue trying to post in the G&G FS forum, I've posted a couple times in a thread but its not bringing that thread to the top so the guy isn't seeing it. (He's also not responding to my emails). What's going on with my posts?

Bumping an Exchange forum thread:

it ain't gonna happen! The current forum settings in the Exchange present all threads in chronological order of the original post. No further posts in these threads move them any higher. The original poster is allowed to repost after 14 days.

Based on feedback, we're using a new format for the Exchange forums - we're sorting threads by Thread Started time instead of Last Post time. What does this mean? Threads are no longer going to be affected by bumping or replies - threads will still show up in the order that they were created.
