Is there anywhere I can click to see forums where I have posted? Ex. "My posts", "Your posts".

Yes, go to "my profile" in the upper right hand corner. You should find " Find all posts" and "Find started threads" on the left in your profile page.

Also "Post Areas" on your profile page. This will give you a post count for each of the various sub-forums in which you have posted.
