My pup is ill

Sorry to intrude but I know many of you are such good folks.
This has nothing to do with knives or anvils (I post here as some may know).
My 4 month old lab had a seizure and now has trouble breathing because of fluid that got into her lungs. She is in the hospital and is not improving.

This pup means the world to me. I have never had a pup that I bonded to like this one. Please think about her (Gypsey)...I'm hoping she makes it through the night. I'd use the word pray but some might be offended by that.

Thanks for reading this. I'm in a world of hurt and fear right now.

I understand your wanting to post this in the knifemakers area, but it really doesn't belong in Shop Talk and as a Reg. User, you can't post in Around the Grinder. So I moved it to Community Center.
 
My chocolate lab Gracie is my best friend also. I wish your dog the best. I will send a prayer up, for your dog, in the name of Jesus Christ amen.
 
She's beautiful... You are lucky to have her in your life. I've had many pets over the years and know how its like. Hope she'll pull through.
 
Hope she gets better! We have to give our JRT a barb a day to keep her from having seizures. Pretty scary when it happens.
 
I know how you are feeling. We had two dogs that had seizures. One lived to be a ripe old age of 16 years, quite a feat for a large dog that only has a normal life span of 12 years. The other died at 4 with a seizure not an easy thing to watch. Make sure your vet is monitoring your dogs seizures closely. Our four year old had gotten to having several a day and they could not get him regulated.
I will say a prayer for you and yours!
 
Having lost a dog a couple of months ago, I know that fear and pain. Prayers for you and Gypsey.
