Yay! This is my first Queen and I am very impressed by its fit and finish. It is a solid, well-made piece. The springs are satisfyingly stiff with authoritative half-stops, and the honey amber bone looks great. Of the handful of traditional slippies I have, this one is the best built - not that the Case or Bokers I have are anything to sneeze at. Could this be The One that banishes my others to a drawer?
One minor complaint is that the bevels of the edges are very uneven. It still cuts very well though, and this can be corrected on a diamond stone.
